Meat and Potato Pie
Ingredients:
1 lb. steak/stewing beef cubes
2 onions
Garlic
Instant gravy granules
4-5 potatoes
Pack frozen short crust pastry

Pack frozen short crust pastry
Directions:
Cook meat,chopped onions & crushed garlic with a little olive oil until meat is cooked through and tender. Make up gravy approximately a pint and add to meat mixture. Wash, peel, dice and boil/steam potatoes until cooked, place meat mixture and diced potatoes into casserole dish and roll out and put pastry on top. Cook for approximately 35-45 minutes until pastry is cooked and golden brown. Other vegetables can be added to this such as peas & carrots.
