Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices stale bread, crumbled
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbs. raisins
1 clove garlic, grated
2 Tbs. Italian grated cheese
1/2 c. cold water
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Into a mixing bowl put ground beef, bread, parsley flakes, raisins,garlic, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add cold water and mix. Add 2 eggs and mix. Form meatballs the size of a large egg. Wet your hands before making each meatball and the mixture will not stick to your hands. Put 1/4 c. oil in a large skillet and fry meatballs until brown on all sides. Makes 8 - 10 meatballs.
