Mincemeat Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. mragarine, softened
1/4 c. cold coffee
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mincemeat

Directions:
Combine the ingredients in the above order, mixing with each addition. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 min. until almost no indentation remains when touched. Makes 4 doz.
