Blueberry Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbs. lemon flavoring
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c. milk
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and lemon flavoring; beat until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternating with milk. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonful onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 min. Cool. Yield 48 cookies.
