Mock Chicken-Almond
Ingredients:
2 lbs. sausage
2 large onions
1 bell pepper
1 bunch of celery
2 c. raw brown rice
9 c. water
2 cans bouillon cubes
1/2 lb. blanched almonds, chopped

Directions:
Brown sausage, onions and pepper lightly; add celery and rice. Bring water to a boil; add bouillon cubes. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 375 in a greased covered casserole.
