Chicken Breasts with Wild Mushrooms
Ingredients:
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
8 cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. dried porcini mushrooms
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 16 oz. package noodles, cooked according to directions
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
8 cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. dried porcini mushrooms
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced

Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with the lemon juice, pepper,salt and garlic powder. Place in crock pot. In a medium bowl, combine soups, mushrooms, parsley and garlic. Pour over the chicken. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours (or on high for 3 to 4 hours).Serve each chicken breast over a bed of noodles, with the sauce drizzled on top.
