Mushroom Meat
Ingredients:
3 lb. veal
1 1/2 lb. pork
1 c. peas
1 c. mushrooms
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Cook veal and pork until tender in 2 cups of salted water. Cut meat in cubes and place in buttered casserole; add peas and mushrooms. Thicken the milk and pour over the top of meat. Add salt and pepper. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
