New Potato Appetizer
Ingredients:
2 dozen new potatoes (tiniest size)
1/2 c. sour cream
Chopped green onion
Bacon bits

Directions:
Cook potatoes with their skin on in boiling, salted water until done. When cool enough to handle, cut the potatoes in half and scoop out a small cavity with a spoon or melon baller. Fill the cavity with sour cream and top with chopped onion and bacon bits.
Makes 8-10 Servings
