Noodle Kugel
Ingredients:
1 lb. egg noodles
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
2 c. small-curd cottage cheese
TOPPING:
9 whole cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
3 Tbs. butter, melted

3 Tbs. butter, melted
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in the noodles. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a thermometer read 160 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cold.
