Salmon Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
1 can salmon
1 pkg. noodles
2 Tbs. butter
2 c. medium white sauce
1/3 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Heat flaked salmon in white sauce. Cook noodles as directed on pkg.; drain. Put noodles into a buttered casserole and cover with creamed salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
