Peach Custard Pie
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. flour
2 c. milk
Enough diced pesches to cover the bottom of 9" pie shell.

Enough diced pesches to cover the bottom of 9" pie shell.
Directions:
Mix in order given. Beat eggs well before adding sugar, salt and flour. Then beat again at medium speed. Last add the milk and mix well. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 until custard is set.
Makes 6-8 Servings
