Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbs. brandy
3 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped pecans
10x sugar
1 c. unsalted butter, softened

Directions:
Beat butter, sugar and brandy in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Work in pecans until well blended.
Shape dough by level Tbs. into balls. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until done.
