Pecan Crispies
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
6 Tbs. brown sugar
6 Tbs. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Cream butter and sugars till light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. Cool cookies slightly before removing from sheet. Makes 2 1/2 doz.
