Pecan Wild Rice
Ingredients:
1 (4 oz.) pkg. wild rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 to 3 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 (4 oz.) pkg. wild rice

Directions:
Wash wild rice in 3 changes of hot water; drain. Cook wild rice according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. Saute onion and pecans in butter; add seasoned salt. Stir in wild rice, and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 4-6 Servings
