Barbecued Pecans
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. ketchup
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
4 c. pecan halves
Salt to taste

Directions:
Melt butter in Dutch oven. Remove butter from heat; add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce, stirring well. Add pecan halves to mixture, stirring to coat. Spread pecans evenly in a 15x10x1" jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Place pecans on paper towels; sprinkle lightly with salt, and cool completely.
