Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. water
Filling:
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. velveeta cheese or onions browned in butter

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. velveeta cheese or onions browned in butter
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt into a bowl. Make a hole in the center and drop in eggs and water. Mix well and knead until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes, covered. Mix filling together and cool before putting on dough. Form a small ball of dough at a time and roll out on a floured surface. Place a spoonful of filling a little to one side of center and fold dough over sealing edge carefully. Drop into boiling water (salted) until they come to the top. Remove and fry in butter or freeze until needed.
