Pork Chop and Potato Scallop
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown chops.Blend soup, mushrooms, sour cream, water and parsley. In a 2 qt. casserole alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and sauce. Top with chops. Cover; bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
