Pork Chops with Rice


4 pork chops
1 onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 soup can of water


Brown chops. Place a slice of onion and some garlic on top of each chop; sprinkle salt and rice over top. pour soup and water over chops. Cover; bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350.
