Mashed Potatoes with Horseradish
Ingredients:
6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbs. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Add butter, salt and pepper. Whip on low speed. Add sour cream and horseradish; mix well. Serve immediately.
