Ingredients:
4 whole portobello caps
1/2 c. tomato sauce
5 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 whole portobello caps

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wipe caps clean of any dirt and brush lightly with oil. Place them in a baking dish, gill side up. Cover generously with sauce, then top with cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
