Potatoes Au Gratin
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 pt. half and half, or milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Arrange frozen hash brown potatoes in a 9 x 9" baking dish. Melt all remaining ingredients in a saucepan; pour over potatoes; stir gently to mix. Cover and referigerate for 1 hour or longer. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
