Raisin Bran Muffins
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. veg. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 lightly beaten eggs
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Combine flour, soda and salt and stir into the first 5 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before baking. Raw dough will keep for at least 6 weeks.
Bake at 375 for 15 min.
