Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour, divided
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
In a bowl, combine sugar, 1 Tbs. flour and cinnamon. Add rhubarb; toss. Place in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and remaining flour; stir in butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
Makes 10-12 Servings
