Rhubarb Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
9" unbaked pie shell
Mix:
2 heaping c. rhubarb, cut into pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
Put in pie shell and bake at 425 for 15 min.
Mix:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Put on rhubarb and bake at 350 for 30 min.
Mix:
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs. sugar
Pour over shell. Chill.
