Rhubarb Pie


5-6 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (3oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry gelatin
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/4 Tbs. minute tapioca
1/2 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 Unbaked lattice pie top


Mix all filling ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Cover filling with top cover.
Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes.

Makes 6-8 Servings
