Ingredients:

(Mix together and let stand while making crust)
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt 4 c. pitted sweet cherries, crushed slightly

Directions:
Make crust for 9" pie. Fill with filling. Dot with 2 Tbs. butter. Top with lattice crust or crumb topping. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 45 minutes.
