Rice Pudding


1/2 c. rice
2 eggs, well beaten
Salt 2 Tbs. cornstarch
1/2 c/ raisins, optional
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar


Combine and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
