Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
2 c. milk, scalded
2 Tbs. melted butter

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients; add scalded milk and melted butter; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 for abour 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
