Romano-Topped Tomatoes
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes, halved crosswise
Salt and pepper
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbs. grated Romano cheese
Fresh parsley sprigs

Directions:
Sprinkle cut side of tomato halves with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 5 minutes, about 4" from heat. Place 1 tsp. butter, 1 tsp. parsley, and 1 tsp. cheese on each; broil 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
