Rum Balls
Ingredients:
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. 10x sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs. light corn syrup
1/4 c. rum
1/2 c. granulated sugar

Directions:
Combine fine crumbs, 10x sugar, 1 c. pecans and cocoa. Add corn syrup and rum. Mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and remainder of chopped pecans.
Makes 3 doz.
