Salmon Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 Tbs. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 slightly beaten egg

Directions:
In a bowl, combine salmon, crumbs, chopped oinion, butter, and salt. Combine milk and egg; add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf on a greased shallow baking pan or in 7 1/2x3 3/4x2 1/4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Makes 3-4 Servings
