Sausage Balls


2 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk


Combine sausage, shredded cheese, baking mix and milk in a bowl; mix well. Shape into 1" balls; place in 9x13" baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes or until brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot for a buffet.
