Scalloped Turkey
Ingredients:
4 c. cooked turkey, diced
6 c. dry bread cubes
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 3/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 tsp. sage
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 c. chicken fat
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Place diced turkey in a 13x9x2" pan. Combine bread cubes, butter, sage, 3/4 c. chicken broth, seasonings and onion; Place on top of turkey. Blend chicken fat and flour; slowly stir in remaining broth. Cook stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Pour over dressing; bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Makes 10-12 Servings
