Seashore Dip
Ingredients:
6 oz. cream cheese
1 can (7 oz.) minced clams
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
3 sprigs parsley, stems removed
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Crumble cream cheese into blender. Drain clams, reserving liquid, and add clams to blender with remaining ingredients. Cover and process at cream for 6 seconds. If a softer mixture is desired, add a little clam juice.
