Ingredients:
2 Tbs. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (8oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs water
3 c. mashed potatoes
2 Tbs. oil

2 Tbs water
3 c. mashed potatoes
Directions:
Heat oil. Add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add beef and stir until browned.Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to the boiling point. Combine flour and water. Stir into beef mixture. Cook until mixture thickens. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
