Shrimp Butter
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1.4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 7 oz. can tiny shrimp, drained
1 Tbs chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed until fluffy. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, beating well. Mash shrimp; add shrimp and remaining ingredients to cream cheese mixture, stirring well. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
