Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients:
5 slices white bread
Butter, softened
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) shrimps
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Dry mustard
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper, paprika and cayenne to taste
2 c. milk

Pepper, paprika and cayenne to taste
2 c. milk
Directions:
Spread bread with butter and cut intom 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle half in a shallow 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Drain shrimps and rinse. Sprinkle half on bread, then sprinkle half the cheese and dust lightly with mustard. Repeat the layers. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in slow oven (325) for 40 minutes, or until firm.
Makes 4-6 Servings
