Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbs. onion, chopped
5 Tbs. butter, melted
6 Tbs. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Cut large shrimp in half. Cook vegetables in 4 Tbs. butter until tender; blend in flour and salt. Combine soup and milk; add to vegetable mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and pour into a well greased casserole. Combine remaining butter and crumbs; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until brown.
