Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients:
3 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced pimiento
2 c. diced celery
10 oz. sharp cheese, cubed
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. almonda, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
Ritz cracker crumbs as topping

Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into large Pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. May substitute chicken or ham for shrimp.
