Sour Cream and Cream Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
8 lg. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Salt

Directions:
Cook potatoes; drain and add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well; add salt to taste. If mixture it too thick, add hot water, never milk or cream. Put in baking dish. Dot with butter and seasoning if desired. Bake at 350 for 30 or 35 minutes until slightly brown on top. This may be made a day ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
