Spaghetti and Meat Balls for Two
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 Tbs. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Hot cooked spaghetti
Additional Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Crumble beef and sausage over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2" meatballs. Brown in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink. Serve over spaghetti.
