Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
1/4 c. (or more) chopped onion

1/4 c. (or more) chopped onion
Directions:
Drain spinach,; squeeze dry.
Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix,water chestnuts and onion in bowl; mix well. Chill until serving time. Serve in round loaf of pumpernickel bread scooped out to form bowl. Cut scooped out bread into chunks to use for dipping.
Makes 50 Servings
