Strawberry Bread
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 (10 oz. pkg.) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl; add pecans and mix. Make a well in the center. Mix the remaining ingredients; pour into well. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
