Strawberry Fudge Balls
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels, melted
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. strawberry preserves
1/2 c. almonds, toasted and finely chopped

Directions:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed till creamy. Add chocolate. Beat till smooth. Stir in wafers and preserves, cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
