Sunny Carrot Sticks
Ingredients:
1 lb. carrots, julienned
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbs. butter

2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Place carrots and a small amount of water in a saucepan; cover and cook until tender. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in orange juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in butter. Drain carrots; top with orange juice mix and toss to coat.
Makes 4 Servings
