Sweet Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Combine brown sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts. add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add half and half; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in mustard, vinegar and ginger; stir well. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
