Swiss Steak
Ingredients:
1 whole round steak
Bacon drippings or oil
3 large onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
3/4 c. ketchup/1
1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Trim and cut steak into serving size pieces; dredge in flour and fry in dripping or oil until browned on both sides. Layer in 2 to 2 1/2 qt. casserole starting with meat,then onion and celery, ending with vegetables. Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over top. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours. NOTE: Pound slightly or use meat tenerizer on meat if desired.
