Oriental Flank Steak
Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
5 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. vinegar

Directions:
Place steak in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over steak; cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning steak occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting often with marinade. To serve, slice steak across grain into thin slices.
