Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. butter
1 Tbs. vinegar

Directions:
Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Heat in top of double boiler. Brown butter and fold into sauce just before serving.
