Tuna Rockefeller
Ingredients:
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and finely flaked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Combine tuna, spinach, bread crumbs, 2 Tbs. cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in mayonnaise. Spoon into individual baking shells or into 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes.
